Every medical journey is different.

Different clients need different hospitals, different levels of assistance, different lengths of stay and different amounts of support.

That is why Affordia Health does not believe every client should be placed into the same fixed package.

We first understand what you need. Then we build and price the services around your journey.

Our Approach to Pricing Our objective is simple:

Find an appropriate and affordable solution first. Price our services second.

Before recommending Affordia Health services, we want to understand:

your healthcare requirements, your available budget, your preferred level of support, your destination and expected length of stay, what you can arrange yourself, and what you would like Affordia Health to handle.

This allows us to avoid adding services simply because they are part of a predetermined package.

Tell Us Your Budget You can tell us how much you are prepared or able to invest in your healthcare journey.

We can then explore what may realistically be possible within that budget.

A larger budget may allow for additional convenience, more extensive personal assistance, different accommodation or additional support services.

A smaller budget does not automatically mean that we cannot help.

Instead, we can look for the minimum practical level of Affordia Health support required for your particular journey and identify which elements you may prefer to manage independently.

Your budget is part of the solution — not something we ignore.

Know the Range Before You Decide Where sufficient information is available, we aim to give you a realistic expected cost range before you commit.

This can include:

Expected minimum cost and Expected maximum or upper planning range for the services being considered.

Healthcare and travel cannot always be predicted to an exact amount in advance. Treatment requirements, hospital decisions, additional examinations, length of stay and unexpected circumstances can change.

For this reason, we prefer a realistic range over an unrealistic fixed promise.

Understand the possibilities first. Decide second.

Modular Pricing Affordia Health services are modular.

You may need only:

Hospital Selection Medical Coordination Interpreter Service Airport Pickup Accommodation Assistance Local Support or another individual service.

Or you may want us to coordinate your Complete Medical Journey.

You do not need to purchase services simply because they have been bundled together.

Start With What You Need.

Add Services When You Need Them.

Pay As You Go Our service model is designed to avoid unnecessary large upfront commitments.

Your initial consultation is free.

We first understand your situation and determine what we can realistically provide.

When a paid Affordia Health service is required, we explain the service and its price before you agree to proceed.

As your journey develops, additional services can be discussed and agreed separately where necessary.

You remain in control as the journey develops.

No Charge for Services We Cannot Provide We only want to charge clients for services we can actually deliver.

If we cannot provide or arrange a requested Affordia Health service, we will tell you.

Where possible, we may help identify another solution.

But we do not charge you for pretending to provide something we cannot deliver.

Clear expectations. Clear services. Clear fees.

Healthcare Costs Stay Separate Affordia Health service fees are separate from medical treatment costs.

Wherever practicable:

You pay the hospital or healthcare provider directly for healthcare.

You pay Affordia Health for the Affordia Health services you choose.

This separation allows you to understand where your money is going and maintain greater control over your healthcare expenditure.

Affordia Health does not need to collect your entire medical budget simply because we are helping coordinate your journey.

Keep Control of Your Other Costs The same principle applies to other parts of your journey.

Where appropriate, you can:

purchase your own flights, pay your accommodation directly, pay hospitals directly, and manage other third-party expenses yourself.

If you want Affordia Health to help coordinate some of these services, we can discuss the available options.

Assistance when you need it. Control where you want it.

Competitive by Design Affordia Health aims to keep its services highly competitive.

We do this differently from simply publishing one low headline price.

Our model is designed to reduce unnecessary costs by asking:

What does this client actually need?

What can the client comfortably manage independently?

Which services genuinely add value to this journey?

What appropriate options are available within the client's budget?

Only then do we build the service solution.

This allows affordability to come from the structure of the journey itself.

Price Should Follow the Solution A fixed package is easy to sell.

But it may contain services one client does not need while failing to provide something another client does.

Affordia Health takes a different approach.

Transparent Before You Commit Before an agreed paid service begins, you should understand:

What are we providing?

What does it cost?

What is included?

What is not included?

Which costs are payable directly to third parties?

If circumstances change during your journey and additional Affordia Health services become useful, we discuss them with you before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

There should be no pressure to continuously add services.

Your Journey Can Change Healthcare journeys do not always follow the original plan.

An appointment may change.

A doctor may request another examination.

Your stay may become longer or shorter.

You may discover that you need more assistance than expected — or less.

Our modular model allows the Affordia Health service component of your journey to adapt.

The service can change when the situation changes.

Any additional paid Affordia Health services should remain transparent and agreed with you.

Affordable Means More Than Cheap Affordia is built around affordability.

But our objective is not to find the cheapest possible option regardless of quality.

We look for an appropriate balance between:
