Medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations and clinical decisions remain exclusively with the relevant healthcare professionals.

Travel Assistance We help you prepare the practical side of your journey to China.

This may include guidance concerning your itinerary, arrival arrangements, transportation, accommodation and coordination between your travel schedule and healthcare appointments.

You remain free to purchase and manage your own flights.

Visa Assistance Where a visa is required, we can assist with preparation and help coordinate relevant supporting information available for your journey.

You remain the applicant and submit your visa application directly through the appropriate official process.

Visa approval remains exclusively the decision of the competent authorities.

Airport Pickup Arriving in an unfamiliar country should not be the difficult part of your medical journey.

Where available, we can arrange airport pickup and transportation to your hotel, hospital or other agreed destination.

Our objective is to make sure you know what happens after you land.

Accommodation Assistance We can help identify and arrange suitable accommodation according to your location, treatment schedule, length of stay and budget.

Where appropriate, accommodation can be selected with convenient access to the hospital or treatment facility.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Consultation We can help arrange consultations with qualified practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Depending on availability and the client's requirements, consultations may be organised online or as part of a healthcare journey in China.

Follow-Up Coordination Your journey does not necessarily end when you return home.

Where appropriate, we can help coordinate follow-up communication, additional appointments, online consultations or further contact with the healthcare provider.
