If you have used Affordia Health and believe our services could help someone else, you can recommend us to a family member, friend, colleague or another person.

If someone you refer becomes a paying Affordia Health client, you receive a one-time €100 referral reward.

We believe recommendations have value.

When you take the time to share your experience, explain how Affordia Health works and introduce someone to our services, that effort should be recognised.

You make the introduction. We take care of everything else.

How It Works 1. Share Your Experience Tell someone about your genuine experience with Affordia Health.

Explain what services you used, how the process worked and why you believe Affordia Health may be useful to them.

You do not need to sell anything or provide medical advice.

2. Refer a New Client Introduce the person to Affordia Health or ask them to provide your name when they first contact us.

The referred person must be a new Affordia Health client.

3. Free Initial Consultation We communicate directly with the person you referred.

Their initial consultation remains free, just like it is for every other Affordia Health client.

They are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Your referral does not influence their healthcare decisions or the services they choose.

4. They Choose a Service If Affordia Health can assist them, the client decides which services they would like to purchase.

They remain completely free to proceed or not proceed.

5. They Become a Paying Client Once the referred person purchases and pays for an eligible Affordia Health service, they become a qualifying referral client.

6. You Receive €100 For every qualifying new paying client you successfully refer:

€100 Referral Reward The reward is paid once for each qualifying referred client.

One successful referral = €100.

No Selling Required The Affordia Referral Program is designed around genuine recommendations.

You are not an Affordia Health salesperson, medical adviser or healthcare representative.

You are simply sharing your personal experience and introducing someone who may benefit from our services.

You should never provide medical advice, recommend a particular medical treatment on behalf of Affordia Health or make guarantees concerning healthcare outcomes.

The Referred Client Remains Independent Every referred client receives the same opportunity to make their own decisions.

They decide:

whether to use Affordia Health, which services to purchase, which healthcare options to consider, and whether to travel to China.

A referral never creates an obligation to purchase a service.

Referral Terms Who Qualifies?

The Referral Program applies to new paying Affordia Health clients introduced by an eligible referrer.

A person who only contacts Affordia Health or receives a free initial consultation does not qualify as a successful referral.

The referred person must purchase and pay for an eligible Affordia Health service.

€100 Reward The standard referral reward is €100 for each qualifying new paying client.

The reward is paid once per referred client.

Purchasing multiple Affordia Health services does not create multiple referral rewards for the same referred person.

When Does a Referral Become Eligible?

A referral becomes eligible when:

the referred person is a new Affordia Health client; the referrer has been identified as the person who made the introduction; the referred client purchases an eligible Affordia Health service; and the applicable Affordia Health service fee has been successfully paid.

Free Consultations Do Not Qualify Affordia Health provides an initial consultation free of charge.

Because no paid service has been purchased, a free consultation alone does not generate a referral reward.

If that person later becomes a paying client, the referral may then qualify.

One Referrer Per Client Each new client can be attributed to one referrer.

If more than one person claims the same referral, Affordia Health may determine the applicable referrer based on the first documented introduction or referral information available to us.

Referral Rewards Are Separate From Healthcare Referral rewards relate exclusively to the introduction of new clients to Affordia Health services.

They are not payments for recommending a particular doctor, hospital, medical procedure, medication or treatment.

Healthcare decisions remain between the client and qualified healthcare professionals.

No Medical Representation Participation in the Referral Program does not authorise anyone to represent themselves as an employee, agent, medical adviser or official representative of Affordia Health.

Referrers should share only their genuine personal experience and publicly available information about Affordia Health.

Independent Client Decision Every referred person must independently decide whether Affordia Health and healthcare in China are appropriate for them.

Referrers must not pressure individuals to purchase Affordia Health services or pursue particular medical treatment.

Programme Administration Affordia Health may verify referrals and eligibility before issuing a reward.

Referral rewards are subject to the programme conditions applicable when the qualifying referral is made.

Affordia Health may update, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program where necessary, without affecting referral rewards that have already become payable under the applicable terms.

Recommend Affordia Health If Affordia Health provided you with an experience worth sharing, tell someone who may benefit from our services.
